Ballet
Leather ballet shoes (Bloch, Balera, Capeizo, etc. brand – no slippers please), tights, & leotard are required. Short ballet skirts or appropriate dance shorts are permitted.  Full tutus are not permitted.

Hip-Hop

Girls:  Leotard with jazz pants, sweatpants or shorts.  Jazz shoes or black dance sneakers only.  No street shoes permitted.

Boys:  T-Shirt & sweatpants or shorts.  Socks or Sneakers (such as converse, etc.) as requested by the teacher. No street shoes permitted.

Tumbling/Acro

Leotard/unitard and footless/convertible tights are required.    Shorts or leggings are permitted.  No shoes needed.

Tap

Leotard with leggings, capris, or shorts.  *BLOCH OR CAPEZIO TAP SHOES ARE REQUIRED*, no exceptions.

Lyrical

Leotard, footless tights, leather ballet shoes, and lyrical shoes (Half-Sole Lyrical Sandal or other type of sandalette.)  Appropriate dance shorts, leggings, and dance skirts are permitted.

Jazz

Leotard, tights along with jazz pants, capris, or shorts. Jazz shoes, half-soles or dance sneakers are required.

All music used within the class as well as for performance purposes will be inspirational in nature.   Music with questionable themes and/or lyrics will not be used.
